There are four variations of discs that were produced by Michael Schecter Associates and the NFLPA in 1976. All four discs feature the same photo of Roger Staubach. The discs were inserted into various food products as indicated on the backs.

The final variation that is not shown is the Safelon disc. It is essentially the same as the Buckman's on the front, and the back is blank. This disc was inserted into plastic lunchbags and is the hardest of the four to find.
