| Since I am unable to update the sales pages of this site every day, anyone interested in purchasing anything must first email me to find out availablility. You will receive a prompt reply along with a Paypal invoice if that is your method of payment. |

| If you are not completely satisfied with anything purchased on this site, it can be returned within 10 days for a full refund of the purchased price. The buyer assumes responsibilty of all return shipping costs. The item must be in the condition it was when it left here, unless there was damage during shipping. |

| Authenticity |
| All sportscards and memorabilia sold here are garaunteed to be authentic unless otherwise specified. |

| Autographs |
| All autographs are garaunteed to be authentic but may not be accompanied by a COA. Autographs on all custom cards (RetroCards) were obtained through the mail to verified addresses or in person. If at any time you believe you have received a forgery, please return the item for a full refund. The item in question will be sent to a third-party (PSA/DNA) company for authentification at the buyers expense if the buyer is still interested in the item in question. |

| Raw Card Grades |
| I try to grade fairly and accuratley, but not everyone agrees what a NM-MT card should look like, or any condition for that matter. It' is recommended that you ask for a scan (front & back) before buying any raw card to help minimize any problems in this area. |

| Insurance |
| Insurance and delivery confirmation will be added for all orders over $100 at no extra cost to the buyer. If your order does not exceed $100, and you would like insurance for your purchase, the additional cost will be added to your total. |
